CLC Aesthetics requires 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If inadequate notice is provided then you will be required to pay 50% of your treatment. Small businesses have fought incredibly hard during lockdown to stay afloat, many of us working around additional commitments such as young children and childcare including myself. We are all working incredibly hard to ensure all clients are provided with the best possible service, from pre treatment all the way through to your post treatment care, for all of us, time is precious and I am unable to fill missed appointment slots with only a few hours notice. I adore my job, and I know you all value the treatments I offer, this is why I now need to enforce this cancellation policy. Thank you so much for your understanding.
